Team collaborating around a shared workspace

Why we exist

Crossing into the German job market is rarely a documentation problem alone. Candidates arrive with strong shipping records and still stall on Lebenslauf format, city choice, interview etiquette, or a Probezeit clause they did not expect. We started this practice to sit beside that transition — not to promise placement, but to make the search legible.

How we work with clients

We treat each engagement as advisory: you remain the applicant. We supply structure, critique, and rehearsal. Offices are based in Lower Saxony with clients served across Germany and internationally by video. Governing work and client relationships follow German professional norms: clear scope, written deliverables, and honest limits on what consulting can and cannot guarantee.

Values in practice

  • Specificity over cheerleading — city lists and contract questions beat slogans.
  • Respect for German process — timelines, Anschreiben quality, and probation reality.
  • Clear boundaries — we are not immigration lawyers, tax advisors, or recruiters filling seats.
