Client stories

Evidence from real German market searches

These accounts reference specific consultations — strategy engagements, document work, interview prep, and offer reviews. Names are given as clients preferred to publish them.

“The market map cut my list from ‘anywhere in Germany’ to Munich industrials plus two remote GmbHs. That focus was uncomfortable at first because it felt narrower, but interviews finally started.”

Daniel R. · Staff backend engineer · German Market Job Search Strategy

“Anika’s Lebenslauf pass removed three pages of early freelance noise. Recruiters in Hamburg stopped asking me to ‘clarify my timeline’ on the first call.”

Sofia M. · Mobile engineer · Lebenslauf & Profile Localisation

“The mock panel was tougher than my actual onsite — useful, if a bit bruising. I still blanked once on a system-design prompt in the real round, but recovered using the structure we practised.”

Priya N. · Platform engineer · German Tech Interview Preparation

“Offer review flagged a remote clause that was only ‘by manager approval.’ We asked HR to put hybrid days in writing before I resigned abroad. Worth the fee for that line alone.”

Jonas L. · Engineering manager · Offer & Contract Readiness Review

Extended story — six weeks into a Berlin product search

A mid-level full-stack engineer relocating from Amsterdam started with scattered applications to every Berlin startup on a popular board. Response rate sat near zero. In week one of the flagship engagement we rebuilt the target list around TypeScript-heavy product teams that hire English-first, rewrote the Lebenslauf to lead with recent platform work, and set an eight-application weekly cap.

By week five they held two onsite loops. One offer arrived with a six-month Probezeit and a base below their floor; the readiness review helped them decline cleanly and accept a second package with clearer hybrid language. They still describe the middle weeks as “tedious paperwork” — accurate, and part of why the search succeeded.
