We process data to respond to enquiries, deliver advisory consultations, improve the site, and meet legal obligations. Legal bases under the GDPR include contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)), legitimate interests in operating a professional practice (Art. 6(1)(f)), and consent where required for non-essential cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. Retention

Enquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless a client relationship continues. Consultation records are kept for up to six years for commercial and tax documentation where applicable, then deleted or anonymised. Cookie lifetimes are listed in the Cookie Policy.
