Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy applies to paid advisory consultations offered by NeuralNetworkX Job Advisory, including strategy engagements, Lebenslauf localisation, interview preparation sessions, and offer readiness reviews.

1. Eligibility

Refunds depend on whether work has started, whether sessions were attended or missed, and whether written deliverables were already provided. Consumer rights under mandatory German law remain unaffected where they apply.

2. Timeframe to request

Refund requests should be sent to info@neuralnetworkx.digital within 14 days of the charge or of the event giving rise to the request, whichever is later, and include your name, invoice reference, and reason.

3. Full refunds

A full refund is available if you cancel in writing before the intake call and before we begin document review or session preparation. If we cancel an engagement permanently and cannot reschedule, you receive a full refund of fees paid for undelivered work.

4. Partial refunds

For multi-week strategy engagements, if you cancel after intake but before the midpoint, we may refund the unused portion minus work already delivered (intake notes, market map drafts, document edits). Completed mock interviews and delivered Lebenslauf sets are non-refundable once provided.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

7. Cancellation & rescheduling

You may reschedule a live session with at least 48 hours’ notice at no charge. Cancellations inside 48 hours may forfeit that session fee or count as delivered, except in documented emergencies where we will attempt one courtesy reschedule.

8. Deposits & no-shows

Where a deposit secures a strategy start date, it is applied to the engagement fee. No-shows without notice forfeit the session. Deposits may be retained to cover preparation already performed if you withdraw after preparation has begun.

9. Work already started

Once we have reviewed your CV materials or produced written drafts, fees corresponding to that effort are earned. We will itemise completed work when calculating any partial refund.
