These Terms govern access to the website neuralnetworkx.digital and advisory consultations offered by NeuralNetworkX Job Advisory (“we”, “us”). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

If you do not agree, do not use the site or request consultations. Engaging a paid consultation constitutes a separate service agreement confirming scope, fees, and schedule.

2. Services

We provide employment consulting and job search advisory for IT and software professionals entering or advancing in the German market. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, visas, or salaries. We are not a recruitment agency placing candidates into vacancies, nor do we provide legal, tax, or immigration counsel unless expressly stated in writing.

3. Intellectual property

Site content, templates, and written deliverables we create remain our intellectual property until delivered under a consultation; upon delivery, you may use personalised documents for your own job search. You may not resell our materials or reproduce site content for commercial training products without permission.

4. Client responsibilities

You remain responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for applications you submit, and for decisions to accept or decline employment. You must not ask us to misrepresent experience or credentials.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from employment outcomes. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under German law.

6. Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or submit harmful content through forms. We may suspend access that interferes with site operation.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany (DE). Courts in the competent jurisdiction for our registered place of business shall have venue, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
